Provides case management support for all cases of acute illness (COVID-19, Malaria, Pneumonia, Diarrhea) in the community. Reminds CHWs to conduct follow-up assessments to determine if the case is improving or declining. Allows CHWs to schedule follow-ups for people they have referred to facilities due to complications.
